		<description>John - maybe you are correct with your assumption that 80% like to see OOoCon in Europ, but maybe you are not.
Remember, we had the same situation last year, just that Europe and Asia were &quot;on the other side&quot;: only one application for Europe, two for Asia. Counting the total votes more than 50% (actually 50.75%) voted for Asia. So - if your assumption is false but we change the voting system, we would prefere Europe just because of the number of applications.

So - I don&#039;t know, if you are right and the council is double wrong. Maybe it is just something  between. I&#039;m sure, if the council made the wrong decision, community will tell this ;)</description>
