Results of the vote
So, the Community Consultation process is complete, and we know the locations for the OpenOffice.org Conference not just for this year but also for next:
- OOoCon 2009 will be in Orvieto, Italy, and
- OOoCon 2010 in Budapest, Hungary
If you in any way interested in OpenOffice.org, then this is one event that is well worth a visit.
My personal challenge this year will be attempting to travel to Orvieto from my home in Edinburgh with the minimal increase in my carbon footprint. Unfortunately, low cost airlines are fast, cheap, and easy to book. However, investigating the alternatives could be fun too…
